Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk98 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") regarding your use of the tk98 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, payment services, and all related features accessible at tk98.onl and its associated subdomains.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the tk98 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

tk98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.

These Terms apply to all forms of play and wagering available on the tk98 platform, including casino games (slots, live dealer tables, table games, fishing games, crash games), sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and others), and any tournaments, leaderboards, or special promotional events that tk98 may operate from time to time.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on tk98, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. tk98 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension pending verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into such agreements, you are not permitted to use the tk98 platform.
• Personal Account: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own personal funds. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on tk98. Creating, using, or benefiting from more than one account is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from tk98 or from any other gambling platform and that exclusion period has not elapsed, you are not eligible to register or play.

tk98 implements age verification checks as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card) or other supporting documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of features available on tk98 — including real-money casino games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers — you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge. tk98 does not charge any fee for account creation or maintenance.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (used for account verification and bKash/Nagad payment linking), and a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tk98 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your registered account. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify tk98 support immediately via the live chat facility at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number current. tk98 uses these to communicate important account notices, security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay account verification or payment processing.
• Account Verification (KYC): tk98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents must be valid, government-issued, and clearly legible.
• Account Suspension: tk98 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time pending completion of verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of potential Terms violations. During a suspension period, you may not withdraw funds until the review is concluded.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. tk98 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

tk98 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following local mobile financial services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals via USDT and BTC are also supported. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are accepted where available to the player.

All payment methods used on tk98 must be registered in your own name. You may not use a payment account belonging to another person. Attempting to deposit using a third-party payment account will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for review.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your gaming account. Minimum amounts for crypto deposits are displayed at the point of transaction in the platform's cashier.
• Withdrawal Processing: Standard BDT withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within an average of 10 minutes, subject to verification status. Crypto withdrawals settle within one network confirmation on the respective blockchain.
• Withdrawal Verification: tk98 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal request. Subsequent withdrawals may also require verification if the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to your account's typical activity, or if the account's KYC status has changed.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. tk98 reserves the right to amend these limits at its discretion, with notice provided to affected players.
• Matched Payment Methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If the original deposit method is unavailable, tk98 support will advise on alternative withdrawal arrangements.
• Currency Conversion: All real-money play on tk98 is conducted in BDT. If a player deposits via a crypto method, the value will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Conversion rates are displayed transparently in the cashier prior to confirmation.
• Refused Transactions: tk98 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, tk98 will comply with all applicable legal obligations, which may include reporting to relevant authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

tk98 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal campaigns to registered players. All offers are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically expressed in calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the requirement, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms for each offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time. Attempting to claim a second bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses at tk98's discretion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit during bonus play may result in the cancellation of the bonus and the forfeiture of any related winnings. The applicable maximum bet per spin or wager is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: tk98 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus, free spin, or promotional reward where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through abusive behaviour will be forfeited, and the account may be closed.
• Seasonal and Special Offers: From time to time, tk98 may offer promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 events. These seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the tk98 platform are supplied by accredited third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which are accessible within the game interface.

tk98 does not develop or operate the game engines directly — these are provided by regulated gaming studios under their own licences. Accordingly, the integrity, randomness, and fair-play certification of each game is governed by the provider's own testing and certification processes. tk98 works exclusively with providers whose RNG outputs are certified by recognised independent testing laboratories.

• Sports Betting Markets: Sports betting odds and markets on tk98 are set and managed by the tk98 trading team. Odds are subject to change prior to match start and may be suspended during play at the discretion of the trading team. tk98 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the result was reasonably knowable at the time of placement.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game engine will continue to completion using the bet already placed. Where a disconnection prevents the game from completing, the game provider's own disconnection and recovery policy will apply. tk98 will not be held responsible for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game or platform malfunction, tk98 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction and return stakes to the relevant players. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. This policy applies to both casino games and sports betting markets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an advantage in multiplayer games, sports betting, or any promotional competition is strictly prohibited. Evidence of collusion will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk98 platform. Engaging in any of the below behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. tk98 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Underage Gambling: Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 18.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Money Laundering: Using tk98 to launder money or to conceal funds derived from any illegal activity. tk98 cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering (AML) investigations and will report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on tk98, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploit techniques, or any other software that provides an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated or artificial play patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the player's responsibility to verify their own legal position regarding online gambling in their location.
• Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the tk98 platform's systems, databases, or communications infrastructure in any way.

Section 8

Account Closure

You have the right to close your tk98 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, tk98 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances (i.e., funds deposited by you that are not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement) to your registered payment method before closing the account.

tk98 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has breached these Terms & Conditions in any material respect.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward tk98 staff.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed tk98 to close the account.
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.

Where an account is closed by tk98 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free spins, promotional winnings, or balances generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may also be withheld pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering.
